I did a breast fat graft on November 2023. I can only say good things about Doctor Anmol and his assistant Pragyan. Very smooth process from booking to the end of treatment, not to mention friendly and throughout treatment, amazing hospital, CK Birla is, everyone was so attentive and never once I felt neglected in this hospital. My tip was bulbous , there was a dorsal hump , the nose was deviated and wavy , had no defination, there was a huge nasal bone spur overall it was simply bad. Pre Op Consultation- Right from the moment I met him , he understood my concerns ( both aesthetic and functional ) . Dr Anmol is a great listener so relax and let him know your concerns. He was the first Doctor I ever spoke to about my issue and given his quality experience on the subject i knew deep inside that he was the right Doctor to go ahead with. Rhinoplasty is a life changing experience so it's bound to come with lots of anxiety and doubts. But a patient Doctor as Dr Anmol who is willing to listen as he does , not only eases the patient but also gets one closer to the desired results.Post Operative Experience - The real struggle is during the recovery process . The surgical experience can take a toll both physically and mentally. In this regards having a reliable Doctor who performed your surgery becomes extremely important. He is going to be there for your queries , health concerns , recovery . I never felt any neglect through the entire process. Results - Since I had a major Deviated Nasal Septum for years I didn't knew what normal breathing was like. Post surgery going into 11 th day I feel like a million dollars. I can breathe in so much of oxygen that the quality of my life has improved . I also notice a difference in my tonality and vocal projection. The eyes feel more brighter too. All the issues is stated in my problem section at the top are GONE 🙂 My nose is straight , no hump , tip is defined , and the size compliments the rest of face. Yes this was the nose that I always wanted. Now I am left with a great looking face and I am happy. It was probably one of the decisions I made. If you are considering Rhinoplasty Dr Anmol is the one to be trusted with. Above all , he is a great human so you will end up having one more friend after the surgery. Would heartily recommend Dr. Chugh for this and other procedures.

Why this surgery: Post the birth of my second child, despite all efforts the belly area was not reducing. It was looking disproportionate. I am all in for body positivity but this issue was affecting my morale, deeply. Why Dr Chugh: unfortunately, no one openly discusses or recommends aesthetic surgeons. So i relied on Google reviews. Was further convinced by the insightful YouTube videos he shares. I met him in Sept and we decided on the surgery.

I also agreed since my goal was to look proportionate and not a model. Some tests showed by hba1c levels to be on the higher side, so I took a couple of months to bring them in control. All this while, Dr Chugh's assistant, Pragyan was in touch with me and guiding me.Pre operative experience: i was very nervous, thanks to news articles about patients dying on operating table. But the pre operative exams(echo, ecg, chest tray, other tests) helped ease my anxiety.Operation and hospital experience: Check in at CKB was smooth, thanks to Pragyan. And surgery happened as planned. No complications. I was able to go to the washroom the night of the surgery itself. Was discharged the next day.Recovery: The 1st few days were uncomfortable but non unmanageable. I started wearing compression garment a few days after surgery and started lymphatic drainage massage too. The massage is painful but extremely helpful in recovery. After 10 days things slowly started going back to normal. I went for a concert after 4 weeks, danced non stop, did not face any issue. Went for a beach holiday 6 weeks after procedure..again, things were perfect. Now, 8 weeks after procedure, I have re- started my workouts as usual.Would heartily recommend Dr Chugh for this and other procedures. He is non judgemental, and not aggressive (he won't take unnecessary risks, medically). He and his team ensure the patient understands the procedure before proceeding. Also, post surgery appointments are not chargeable, that's very sweet of the team.Ps: a surprise benefit of the surgery was my back pain which vanished post the surgery!

To all the review readers, I want to share 2 words of my experience with Dr. Anmol. I visited Dr. Anmol for Grade 2 Gynecomastia issue. I was planning to get the surgery done for the last 5 years but didn't find the right surgeon and was very skeptical about results and side effects. After doing a lot of research and reading reviews myself, I decided to visit Dr. Anmol just to see if he can put my mind at ease. I prepared a list of questions (almost 15 of them) on a paper before I visited so that I don't forget to collect answers to each of my concerns. Dr. Anmol patiently answered all of the questions and the way he answered/discussed them really boosted my confidence. I had followed his Instagram channel before visiting and saw everything he has put there related to Gynecomastia. I can certainly say that I have not found this much detail about moobs problem anywhere else on the internet. Once you see a couple of his insta posts, you will feel that you know him personally. This was a very different experience for me because generally you go to a doctor and spend 5 mins with them and only hear them in your next consultation but by following him on Insta, you feel a different sort of connection. I immediately decided to get the surgery done and not procrastinate anymore. I had expected that the cost would go beyond 1 Lac but the overall surgery and other cost came below 85k only which was a huge plus. I was still thinking to back off before surgery but somehow managed to pull myself into OT. The experience was very smooth and he was constantly there to guide me through. It's been 2 weeks of surgery now and when I look at my flat chest, I am filled with joy. I still can't believe that I have finally gotten rid of Gynecomastia and it's all thanks to Dr. Anmol. I am thinking of bringing my family members and having them visit Dr. Anmol to get some things fixed from which they are also suffering.

In the end, I would just say one thing. If you are thinking of some surgery, just go visit him once. It will be one of the best investments of money and time you can make.
